Starting over (Day 1)

They changed my moms diet again and now that everything is squared away and the three of us are on the same page we are starting our journey today. We printed out the SP meal plans and did the shopping yesterday. I have our weigh ins and measurements logged from this morning. The treadmill is put together and operational for use when the weather is to cold for our three 15 minute walks that the doctor wants my mom to do. I also ordered the total gym for the hubby as an early Christmas present because he asked for one and prefers to exercise this way. It is also something that would benefit my mom and I too for strength training.
I talked to my sisters yesterday and let them know about moms new diet so they wont buy her the usual baskets of her favorite chips and chocolates for Christmas this year.
