Mom and I got our three 15 minute walks in today since it was so beautiful out. The weather is supposed to be like this all week and then turn colder come Sunday. In between walks I was able to get some housework done and a bit of crocheting.
We have been sticking to the SP meal plan and I am pleasantly surprised how wonderful everything tastes and how easy they are to make. I am really liking how satiated and fueled I feel after each meal and the portions are a decent size. I also feel light instead of having the heavy, bogged down feeling that I used to get after a meal. I think we are going to continue using the meal plans until we reach our goal weights and then go from there.
