Breaks mean activity!
I have very inactive for twenty years of my life. No reason that I am dealing with obesity and Diabetes as I reach my late fifties. I have to be honest about exercise. I use to think that it was a chore unless it had some kind of instant gratification or goal. Thankfully my thoughts have changed as I have become older. Walking really doesn't burn many calories but it does have some healthy instant gratifications.

If you have been reading my weight loss journey blog posts then you know that I suffer from s serious edema and leg pain. So walking has not become an exercise for me but a way to increase my circulation. I'm not doing it to lose weight but to decrease the pain that I feel at night.

Weight loss is just a great result of taking care of our bodies. Plus some great business ideas come to me while walking and listening to music for two hours a day.
