SMART goals for BLC 45

Long term - reach 150 pounds (goal weight that I discussed with my doctor. This is at the high end of the BMI range for my height of 5’6”)

Short term - lose 10 pounds by the final weigh in of BLC 45 on 3/31/21

Nutrition plan - WFPB and this time trying to also eat “No Oil” as well. Continue to eat a rainbow 5x/week. Five servings of freggies/day 5 days out of 7 (nutrition option #1).

Exercise - focusing only on ST 2x for at least 15 mins. Moving for at least 30 mins 5x per week. Lowered daily step goal to keep hormone levels in balance.

Starting weight on 01/06/21 - 182.8

Goal on 03/31/20 - 172.8


Option 1: Another FLOAT! ( I used this for my reward in the last round & loved it so much that we bought a package deal. Worth every penny!

Option 2: Deep tissue massage

Option 3: Infrared sauna (never done this before)
