Hey, I finally hit a goal!
Goal was to be in the 220's by the end of January and I hit 228. I was 237 right after Christmas, though I'd been maintaining the 232-234 range for a few months and just jumped up a bit from the Christmas week junk.
So now that I'm here, I'm look at a goal of 224 for end of Feb. Shooting for 210, a lower BMI class, by summer. A reasonable goal I think, and moderate.
For January I kept up with the meal planning I've been doing since August, but got a little stricter with what I plan. And added in consistent workouts, though it took me a while to get into them and plan out my run/walk routes and figure out how early I need to get up if I need to work out before work. I have the kinks pretty well worked out now. I've been doing a couple of strength days, and the rest are run/walks around my neighborhood. If I'm lucky, I can make it out to a trail for the weekends.
Looking forward to another solid month in Feb!
