Day 265: progress pics!

In honor of being down 50lbs, here's a how it started (actually June 2020) vs how it's going! I'm over half way to my final goal! I need to revisit my goals and update the plan, but that's just easier on the computer so stay tuned... Today I got my walk in and did a lower intensity 45 min dance workout because I ate late and didn't want my stuffed squash bouncing around too much... Bleh! I bought some dark chocolate to use as a treat to stop myself from justifying bigger indulgences and it worked like a charm today!
