Reflections

WARRIOR4LIFE's blog reflects a truly caring person. My hopes for her and her family will be that their life will be on the up on up, that her husband's health will continue to get better and better. What a sweetie is her 5 year old daughter too; thank God for family time.

I was invited by someone to join the 5% weight loss challenges last year right before COVID had me shelter in place and am so glad I did. DIANEDOESSMILES has been my 5% Weight Loss Leader for almost a year. I got the sweetest puppy as a resuIt of joining the Spirited Under Dawgs. They are a dog loving team. KALISWALKER who is the creator of the 5% weight loss teams has continued to be encouraging to me as well as many others. You're welcome to join the upcoming 5% Spring Challenge by clicking this link:

One of my first cousin's died of a heart attack as a result of having COVID. A former pastor's wife that I truly loved and her 40 year old daughter also died of COVID. COVID has truly made me reflect on my own spirituality and life's priorities. Thank God, He's been gracious and merciful to me. I've been able to purchase a home near my oldest granddaughter and young grandkids. I've bonded with my youngest granddaughter and my 5 year old grandson continues to amaze me.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, WARRIOR4LIFE for your blog that inspired me to write today! And thank you to the many, many SPARK friends who continue to inspire me by your resilience and strength, love, commitment and drive. Oh, and did I forget the good humor you have that has me laughing for days! Continued goodwill is wished for you all today!

I agree, WARRIOR4LIFE is a sweetheart. So is Diane. That's what I like about these challenges. The support people give one another. Sorry to hear about your Cousin, and your friend's Daughter. My Hubby and I have been so lucky. None of our friends or family has come down with the virus. It does make one think about their health. Keep working towards your goals. I too love your Dog. So sweet. Reminds me a bit of my Munchie. emoticon

Thank you for reading, and sharing! Your dog is so sweet!!! emoticon

Although the pandemic has caused us hardship, it's great that it had some silver linings... you joining use here at the 5%s... getting a puppy... closer to your grandchildren! It's good to reflect and release. What a great time to do so, as Spring is here upon us! emoticon

I am sorry for your losses due to the virus. I hope and pray this horrific event will be ending soon. emoticon

OH Toni hon!!! I am so very very very sorry you've not only lost loved ones, you've lost those you dearly dearly love. I am so very sorry hon. A friend of mine, lives in Indiana her D is a respiratory therapist in a hospital in one of the larger cities. As some of her patients are dying they keep asking "Why am I dying?" "Covid" is the answer , the response is "There IS NO SUCH THING!!" and it's usually the last thing they say. IF ONLY had worn masks, maybe so many who do wear masks, who do social distance, would of still of been here. But yet that's not answerable.

We PAWISTIVELY LOVE having with us on the DAWGGIE TEAM!!! You are such a HARD WORKER!! It's wondogful to see how much you care about yourself by doing what you can (no one is purrfect LOL Izzy is on my lap, you know she's an "alternative dawg")you always pick yourself back up, and keep on fighting.

Indeed COVID has changed us all in so many ways, so many trials, we wish it hadn't been for sure!! Yet it is. I'm curious a few years after it's over, and we look back, what we'll each think.

TY TY TY TY For being a SPIRITED Under Dawg (AKA Dawggie) We are a tight, supportive, welcoming team and are so HAPPY you found us!! HUGS!!

The virus gets REAL when we know the people that are statistics to the news reporters. It constitutes a dark cloud if I dwell on the affects.
