It looks like my goal for end of Feb was 224. I'm at 225-226 here in March so not bad. I was running on Wednesday and my shorts fell down so that was a NSV. They used to be too tight on me.
I've been pretty consistent with run/walking on many weeknights and hiking on the weekends when I can. I have not been good about strength training. I was much better about that at the beginning of the year. I got my first covid vaccination and will get the second at the beginning of April. Once I'm fully vaxxed, I will feel better about going to the gym again. I should be better about at home strength workouts, but I have a hard time getting excited about it.
Looking forward to seeing the lower 220's so we'll say...222 for end of April?
Going to try to beat the rain tomorrow and get a hike in!
