keeping it simple

I have goals today. Normal, regular, back-on-track goals: Log food, drink water, get more steps in--all the good stuff. I also have other little things, Like get hubby and the nephew to take the chocolate eggs and share them at work--just get them out of my house.
Yesterday was a good start. I did manage to stay within 100 of my calorie goal. Today I need to get up and move more.
I've had success before, I can do this again.
