Oat meal for breakfast--yes that is a good thing

Feeling like things are back on track. I've even started to make some headway on some writing projects. The trick is to stop beating myself up for not working on it these past few months and just like with the eating right and moving thing stop regretting and start making little moves.

So I won't have my whole book project done by May 4th for my mothers 80th birthday. But four chapters are pretty much ready to go, and if I can get those edited then I can make a little booklet for her and show that there is some progress.

On the health side, I had oatmeal for breakfast. That is always a good thing. It only takes me 3 minutes to make and it fills me more than toast and cheese (my usual lazy go to). So a little pat on the back for my best breakfast.
