Today I stayed within my calorie range even though I was feeling snacky after dinner. I went for a walk after the rain stopped and enjoyed the flowers, did a Fitbit workout, and 20 mins of dancing.
The other day my heel felt a little tender. I got plantar fasciitis a while back and really didn't want to deal with that again so I've been extra careful to wear shoes during my workout (even though I'm worried it'll ruin my yoga mat!) and did lots of stretches and by today they're feeling normal again! Phew!
