I have been low carbing it for 5 days, last night it happened I wanted sugar. I didn't cave stayed strong. So far today not too bad, I did have half and orange and half an apple, maybe that will curb it. I will get through this 3 or 4 days then it should subside, hopefully. If not I might have to give up my coffee sweetener.
You can do it. Give up the sweetener for coffee too! I know it's not as fun to drink but you can always flavor it with almond milk and add in a little dash of vanilla to take the edge off of the bitterness. I cannot stomach creamers anymore now that I'm off of them! When my sugar cravings hit this week I'm going to try chewing gum instead. I'll let you know if that trick works! 29 days ago
