🌞. Walk x2, marching in place, and 2 of 15 core and lower body workout. 21,000+ steps. Today's walks consisted of walking to mom's from my place and then to take mom shopping and back to her apartment. Cleaned most of her apartment just have floors to do. Calories are great. 14 cups of water. Tomorrow is another busy day. Mom has 2 appointments, need to finish her floors and do my sons taxes. It's also rest and weigh day. I am definitely curious how the scale reacts tomorrow. My son was in a car accident today with his uncle on their way between job sites.. A car turned into them.
