Week 6 is done, 4 more weeks to lose another 11 pounds before challenge end. I had a great Week 6 lost 4 lbs bringing my total lost to 9 lbs.
Thursday... Cal: 2025 total carbs 135... net carbs 124....Carbs 29%....Protein 17%...Fat 54%
Friday.... Cal: 2053 total carbs 125...net carbs 109 Carbs 26%.... Protein 15%...Fat 58%
Saturday...Cal: 1728 total carbs 76...net carbs 69.... Carbs 18%... Protein 12%... Fat 70%
Sunday...Cal: 2013 total carbs 58...net carbs 40... Carbs 12%.... Protein 12%.... Fat 76%
Monday... Cal: 1446 total carbs 60... net carbs 53... Carbs 17%... Protein 14%... Fat 70%

Week 7 is here... this week I'm going to add Intermittent Fasting. Starting with 12 hour fasting and see how that goes.
Going to drink more water this week.
Continue to work on getting my Carb:Protein:Fat percentages where I want them.
