🌦️. Walk, 1m 4s plank, 3 of 15 modified push-ups, marching in place, 2 of 15 core and upper body workout. 9,000+ steps. Had another off day. Have been tired all day had a short nap in my chair but was not comfortable. Calories are high. I think I was munching trying to stay awake. 12 cups of water. Yesterday I was in the Teddy Bear spotlight for the 5% challenge. Received many goodies and comments on my page.Was the icing on the cake for me yesterday. I am working on accepting my extra skin and my bony body parts as they can make working out uncomfortable. More rain tomorrow. Hope to still fit my walk in. Hope everyone had a great day!
