🌥️. Walk x2, 3 of 15 calf raises, 2 of 15 core and lower body workout, and marching in place. 14,000+ steps. My second walk was to and from the grocery store for groceries. Calories are ok. 14 cups of water. Let myself sleep in an hour this morning. Seemed to help keep me from feeling as tired. Cleaned some of the kitchen. Ontario is in an extended stay at home order with even more restrictions. Doesn't change my life much. Just gives me an excuse to stay home more. Hope everyone had a great day! Keep SPARKING 💥!
