Making changes for me now.......and for a healthier future

I made up an 8 week challenge for myself. Basically, I went back to tracking every day, then the next week I started my 8 week challenge by just tracking my food, drinking more water and exercising 5-7 days per week. I even had my hubby take my measurements, which I hadn't done in several years. Week 2 I thought I'd see if I could do Leslie Sansone's 3 mile walks every day and mission accomplished! So I've logged into Sparkpeople for 21 days straight and I've done 21 miles in the past 7 days.
I'm out of work right now because of the pandemic and we're in a stay at home order, so no excuses, right?! I can certainly take the time for myself-exercising and tracking, and spending time with my hubby and kiddo. I'm trying to approach these good habits as just a part of my daily job, just something that I have to do every day. I'm obese (with more than 100 pounds to lose) so I have a long road ahead, but I know that if I stay committed to me I can reach my goals.
