Skipping workouts? Not a problem (at the moment)

Today's challenge is to blog about how to motivate myself when tempted to skip a workout, but truly... that rarely happens in the past few months. If I miss a day, it's either because there's absolutely no time or I just physically don't feel well. Even on days with minimal time, I try to find 15 minutes to squeeze in a walk or a stretch.
The biggest help for me has been finding workouts I like. I've dabbled in a lot of things, and I've found that the recommended mix of cardio, strength, flexibility training, and a rest day or two are perfect to keep me from getting bored. I also needed to find a program I like - since starting with Jessica Smith several years ago, I've worked out consistently and never looked back. Her personality jives with me, and her workouts make me push myself without feeling like I'm going to die.
So I guess the best recommendations I have are, find a type of exercise you like, and if you're video-inclined, find a trainer or program that fits you. If you like what you're doing, sticking with it will be soooo much easier!
