Goals for the week

Decided to do weekly goals, not just monthly.
1 Get my 12 cups of water every day
2 Get at least 10,000 steps every day except Sunday. It's my only day off from farm, so I like to take it easy!
3 Track all of my food and exercise daily.
4 Force myself to eat breakfast! I will need to get it ready the night before. In the morning I just won't do it. Never really hungry in the morning.
5 Spend at least part of each day cleaning something!
The water and steps will be the easy part. Even the tracking won't be too difficult. But breakfast and cleaning every day? I'll let you know how that goes! I don't care for either one of them LOL
