Well, today I chose a video to exercise on YouTube I haven't tried before. Jenny McClendon is a favorite of mine to exercise along with. The Interval Exercise was continuous and each exercise lasted 30 seconds. It was a total body workout. For 3 days this week I've met my exercise goal of 100 min or more of exercise per day.
