May Goals

I need to set a few goals for May. I'm experiencing some health issues and I have to get them under control (the sooner, the better). I go in for a stress test tomorrow and will be in a Holtor monitor for 48 hours after that.

So my goals for May are as follows:

1. Go back to following the Galveston Diet exclusively (it's been the only thing that has worked for me so why fix what isn't broken).
2. Cardio 4 times per week and strength on the other 3 days.
3. Rid my life of unnecessary stress.

Easy enough? With planning and determination it will be.
