New Month!

I have been working on getting back to my goal weight without success. I have been letting my sweet tooth get the best of me but "no more"!

Starting May 1st I have gotten myself back on track. Spark People has taught me so many healthy habits and reaching my goal weight prior to Covid was exciting. I felt so much better and I want to get back to that feeling once again.

I have had my Covid Vaccinations and feel better about masking up and hitting the gym. I enjoy my group exercise classes and being around people once again. I miss "no aches and pains" when I eat better.

A healthy and fit lifestyle is where I want to be "once again"!
