New Day Great Day to Stay On Track

I have been slacking off on my weight loss efforts and the weight is coming back up. I had lost 50 pounds and than my hubby fall and broke his neck and became almost bed bond. I became his main care giver but that was in 2016. He has come a long way since than and it is time for me to get this weight loss journey back on track.
Today I start back on the Sonoma diet. I did it before and lost weight in 2016. I found it an easy plan for me to fallow and I am going to do it. Yesterday I got almost all the foods I need for the week but need a few more things that I will go get today. That will give me an extra walk for the day.
I have not been doing regular exercise. I have been slacking off on my doing my peddler and will start right back on that today. I will do it on Tue Thur and Sat, on Mon Wed and Fri I will do strength training. I am going to do one hour on the peddler like I was doing before. I am starting first thing in the morning. I have a time set when my hubby doesn't need me to care for him, he will be sleeping. It will be the perfect time for me to take care of myself.
