Two New Work Outs I Did Today

I added two 5 minute workouts today to target a couple of areas; (1) my abs and the other (2) my butt.
Both short videos I got from SPARKPEOPLE. It's fun to challenge ourselves with something different.
I exercised to Coach Nicole's Spark People's Butt Blasting Workout and
I used a stop watch for 5 minutes to see how many Ab Crunches I could do
