🌞. 3 of 15 core and upper body workout, marching, 3 of 15 modified push-ups, 1 min 30 sec plank, and walk. 12,000+ steps. Had a great day. Visited with friends down the street. They are still telling me they don't always recognize me. Played some cards. Got all my chores done. Calories are good. 18 cups of water. Not sure if I have a cold or all of a sudden have allergies. Been feeling a little off expecially in the mornings. Checked my weight goal for my challenge that just ended and found out that I lost 5% of my weight in 10 weeks. For some reason I thought my goal was a lower weight. Maybe that is the other challenge LoL. So of course I am very impressed. I have about 18 lbs to my overall goal. So excited to reach it but also a little scary. I know I can do it! I have worked to hard not to. Thanks for your continued support! You're the best! Hope you had a great day! Keep SPARKING 💥!
