🌞. 3 of 15 core and lower body workout, marching, 3 of 15 calf raises, 3 of 15 squats, 2 of 60 step-ups, and walk. 11,000+ steps. Had a very productive day! Still had time to play cards and just sit outside and enjoy the sun. Also got some reading done. Calories are great. 18 cups of water. Tomorrow taking Mom to the farmers market and grocery store. Still not sure when the lawnmower is coming but the weather is looking great so will have lots of days to get it done. Hope everyone had a great day! Keep SPARKING 💥! Stay safe!
