I do a calendar I hang on my bedroom wall where I can see it from my bed. I put stickers on it for my good days. I have had two good weeks so far. I guess that is why I have lost four pounds this month. I am pretty proud of myself because I just had a goal of losing two pounds since seeing my nutritionist on the first. I am going to Target to pick up raw broccoli, that and yogurt dressing are my go to snack. I have it in site when I open the frig. I have a rock saying " Don't do it do something else that makes you happy" in front of food that I need to limit, like fruit. I am known to over eat on grapes
