I'm contemplating going to a taste-fest this weekend. I have no illusions about being able to stay within any goal range: calories, fat, carbs, sodium, will be all blown to hell. If I go. So what I have to consider is: how much damage will it do; am I willing to try to mitigate said damage with increased cardio; will this one day cause me to have a gain for the week? I’ve got time to think this over.
Ah hah, I’ve got it! If I get 180 minutes of cardio between now and Sunday, I’ll go. If not, I’ll stay at home and eat like I’m supposed to.
