In case I forget after a while here are 10 reasons I want to lose weight:
1.Shopping for clothing is much more fun at a smaller size - much greater selection
2. Better enjoyment of my reflection in the mirror and on pictures
3.Easier to walk - less knee pain
4. Ability to keep up with very fit DH - want to do long walks when on vacation
5.Increase self esteem in public
6, Cheaper health insurance
7. More fun to sew smaller clothing
8. To live healthier longer and enjoy the time I live
9. Better fit on airline seats and ballet/theater seats
10. More energy
