I finally went to the gym

I did a full workout and 40 minutes of cardio. I can do this 3 days a week and be out in under an hour. Fortunately, I've read several SP articles on strength training and don't have to rely on my personal trainer for information. Not one mention of one muscle, breathing, nothing about my form or stretching... And I don't think we worked my biceps either. Well, they are free.
I'm at work now but looking forward to a hot bath laced with Epsom Salts.
