Worked my way back to square one

251.5 - I started the year at 250 and had gained 20 lbs by the time I found SP at the end of July. Last year, I gained and lost the same 5 lbs, going between 245 and 250 all year long. So I'm just about back at square one for this year and in a few weeks, when I get below 245, I will officially be making progress in my mind. Not that I don't acknowledge what a huge accomplishment it is to have lost 18.5 lbs so far.
Although the gym and I aren't yet friends, I'm visiting regularly. I actually kinda sorta like strength training. The treadmill is boring but music helps and SP has some tips that I use.
As long as I keep my focus, I'm pretty much set for the long haul. I'm almost strong enough now, that if for some reason I couldn't come to the site, I'd still be able to continue - you couldn't pay me, bribe or blackmail me to stay away though.
