I'm worn out. I did all new machine work at the gym today, 30 minutes on the treadmill and actually tried the elliptical. I was only able to stay on for a minute and a half - that thing is no joke. But I plan to get my time up to at least 15 minutes by the end of the year.
So the plan was to do new things and SURPRISE my body. My body is totally tripped out!
I'm going to bed.
