I got an email today with a great tag line:

Before I could share it, I had to verify it myself (not sure why she is a very trustworthy friend - must be my academic training). I found a treasure trove of Zig Ziglar quotes including:
People often say that motivation doesn't last. Well, neither does bathing.. that's why we recommend it daily.
I read both of this with "Yes, that does let me lose successfully!"
I am losing weight by acting in a way that will let me lose weight. I am developing new habits - eating well, eating the right amount, logging my food, exercising. It is these habits that will take me to my goal.
Motivation is something I can remember every day by logging in to SparkPeople, participating in teams and reading the literature here. I also get motivated as I have success with my new habits.
I am very positive 2008 will be a great year for me. I wish everyone the best
