Spend time on hair and makeup. Haven't been wearing makeup lately. I never had a reason before. I fell out of that habit. I enjoy the naturalness, which was the best part of this whole gaining weight process. But seriously. Time to spruce up a little and boost the esteem by playing up the eyes and mouth - my two best features!
did laundry, packed for trip, got meds to take with me, renewed my lic at DMV, went to the nurses meeting at work, bought a circ knitting needle, cleaned the bathroom, vacuumed, got 2 sympathy cards sent out, cooked all three meals at home instead of buying fast food, and fit in cardio and water and tracking on SP!
Nothing tastes as good as finally caring about myself feels.

List at least 10 blessings within the day. I used to do this at dinner with my children when they were young (5 blessings). Now I do it to keep myself positive as I wind down my day and prepare to go to bed. It puts my mind at rest so my body can.
