I COMPLETED MY FIRST 5K WALK ON 22 MAY 2010 IN 60 MIN. IT WAS A SWEET TASTE OF SUCCESS FOR ME (NON-CALORIC!)
I COMPLETED MY 2ND 5K WALK ON SATURDAY 20 NOVEMBER 2010 IT WAS GREAT !!! WOOHOO !!!
