I'm going to walk up and down the stairs here at work for 10 minutes.

**Updated: Did a 10minute walk up and down the stairs. It was challenging for sure, and well worth it.

Did Jackie Warner's power circuit training at lunch. After work, headed to the gym to do 20-30 mins on the elliptical trainer and then 1hr zumba class @ 6pm.

First, to keep moving thru out the day, I walk for both my breaks and lunch time. After work, I have made time to do weight training and alittle cardio to warm up. So excited already!! emoticon

Today was my cardio day. (I split up my strength and cardio days, alternating them, because I usually do Zumba, which is an hour each time.) Anyway, I chose to do the treadmill today. I may do some Dance Central on Kinect too, I haven't decided yet. It's pretty rainy, so I pretty much just have to do indoor activities, unless I want to get soaked!

Ran 3 miles & did the Bodyrocktv workout below

Hot Attack Workout (12 minutes long)

2 sets of each pair:

10 sec rest
Crab Toe Touch - max. reps in 50 sec
10 sec rest
Dive Bomber - max. reps in 50 sec

Alternate between the two exercises every 10 seconds, do for 2 minutes
Jump Lunge - max. reps
Mountain Climber - max. reps

10 sec rest
One Leg Hot Attack Exercise - max. reps in 50 sec
10 sec rest
Thigh Shrinker Exercise - max. reps in 50 sec

Run 2-3 miles and finishing burning up whatever calories I have left to burn on the elliptical machine. Also hope to fit in about 20 minutes of strenth training.
