I made some corn fritters containing wholemeal flour, skim milk, an egg and some ground flaxseed)
Topped with canned tuna in spring water, drained and mixed with plain low-fat greek yoghurt.

Ate breakfast, whoopee, although it was only a hard boiled egg mostly without salt

Porridge - 5 grain porridge mix, cooked in 1/2 skim milk and 1/2 water, cinnamon and 1/2 a banana. After cooking, I added wheat germ, ground flaxseed and low-fat greek yogurt

I always eat breakfast! Either oats or egg whites most days. Once in awhile I make Buckwheat pancakes though. emoticon

had a green smoothie made with chia seeds, kale, baby spinich, cucumber,almonds, watermelon, blueberries, cherries, pumpkin seeds, fresh ginger, pure vanilla extract, and cinnamon, with water and breeze unsweetend almond milk all blended for approx 40 seconds.. yummy goodness

Yesterday, I had a bowl of Weight Control Banana Bread Oatmeal...yum. Two egg whites. And a box of Raisins. I haven't had breakfast yet today. But I am planning to make a breakfast sandwich of a Lite English Muffin, egg whites, and a slice of cheese. And have a cup of grapes. Today, I want to make up the breakfast sandwiches and put them in the refrigerator for this week. So that during the work week, I can just heat and go.

Scrambled eggs with turkey lunch meat and cheese in it. Pancakes with butter and syrup. Yes, a bit over the top, around 700 calories. But I don't do this often.
