As fall narrows in upon us, our fitness regimen has to take a turn toward more indoor activities. We find ourselves with the dilemma of what direction to take our fitness routine...don't skip a beat...leap into fall!
- strap on those ankle/wrist weights and march/jog/dance in place
- physio balls...bridges and planks
- stretch tubes...upper body and lower body
- rebound...trampoline, jump rope, jacks

Exercise is important and keeps the mind, heart, and soul ALIVE! Keep active and keep sparking as an inspiration to yourself and others :-)! M'Whaaaaaaaa!
