Hello, I also joined on Friday, 6/24. I'm still a little overwhelmed with everything so I haven't started my journey just yet. I, too, eat when I'm bored, upset, depressed, happy, and use food as a reward. My weight has held me back most of my adult life. I'm ready to start living!!! I look forward to starting this journey and getting to know others along the way.

Hi, everybody! I thought I would quickly introduce myself. I just joined SparkPeople on Friday, 6/24. I have a considerable amount of weight to lose. One of my main downfalls is that I do not have a healthy relationship with food. I do not use "hunger" as the sole reason to eat! I eat when I'm bored, angry, depressed, stressed, when I'm being social, when I'm relaxing, and when I think I deserve a reward. So yeah. Pretty much any emotion that I feel! :-) I am, of course, trying to change that, which is what brings me here. I look forward to getting to know some of you a little bit better.
