Hi everyone

I was told by my doctor to get on the IF and do a 16 to 8 plan.

I had knee surgery last friday. So the only exercise is PT right now. But I intend on getting back to the gym when the doctor releases me.

Hope everyone has an awesome weekend with whatever you do.
