To stay on track, I'm down 2.2 this week. I also am heading out for a five mile walk with morning and I want to continue with this trend on the weekends. Helps me to not eat uncontrollably and also to get my steps in.

To stick to my plan for the day as I have a weigh in tomorrow morning. I seem to have this tendency to do good all week and mess up the day before a weigh in and have way too much salt......nothing shows up on the scales worse than water retention. lol.

Challenge yourself with small goals EVERYDAY..
To be accountable post them here...

Hopefully we were able to motivate and inspire you to take care of something big thatís been hanging over your head that youíve been wanting to accomplish.
