Great one Kat!

My means of motivation:

M- Make small changes, a little along.
0- Opt for new challenges ever day to keep focused.
T- Take each day as a learning exerpeince, building from the days past.
I- Imagine feeling healthier and happier than you ever before.
V- Vision, keep your goals and visions of where you want to be at all times as a motivating factor, this will help see you to your goals.
A- Adapt and accept change when a roadblock or stumble happens, learn from it and keep moving forward.
T- Trust in others, their words of advice and/or experiences can often help you keep moving on your desired goal path.
I- Informed, being informed about your health issues and nutrition helps you make better desicions.
O- Offer support to others. Everyone needs a little support now and then to keep them moving forward.
N- Never give up on your dreams and goals!
S - Sleep, always remember to get plenty, as your body needs it in order to function properly.
