Day 6 - nice walk, yard work and house work, 10356 total steps, 93 minutes
Day 5 - nice walk, 8925 total steps for the day, and 9 minute strength, total of 86 minutes .
Day 4 - nice walk, 10128 total steps for the day, and 60 minute yoga, total of 143 minutes
Day 3 - walking the dog and just walking around 48 minutes
Day 2 - walking dog and shopping for a total of 75 minutes

I walkd a mile around my little town and rode my bike for 6 miles and did some leg and arm and core strengthening exercises

my "paw" is up in the air !! In a cast, but today I did 45 mins of strengthening with my arms,, triceps sitting down,,, wrist curls sitting down, and shoulder presses sitting down.

YEAH !! I am NOT allowing this to SLOW ME DOWN ! or Discourage me,, instead of swimming/yoga,, I've just refocused my training.
