I eat different things everyday for breakfast I love cream of wheat and oatmeal but I need sugar in it :/

I make an egg casserole on Sunday night that pretty much lasts the week. We also make up steel cut oatmeal (the hubs fav) and have it with blueberries. So we alternate. I used to skip breakfast and then was starving by noon. emoticon

I have steel cut oatmeal for breakfast a lot. Usually with peaches or some pan warmed frozen blackberries and sometimes nuts.

Most every morning I have a bowl of Life cereal, a banana , and 3 tbls of ground flax. It travels well, and I like it.
