It seems to me that it wouldn't be too difficult to have a tracking button right on the workout page, so that when we finish a workout, we can just hit the button. Sparkpeople has that option for almost everything else.... just saying...

If it's a strength workout, you can type "strength training" into the tracker and a number of entries will come up. I would just use one of those.

If it's a workout that came from another source, that's why it's likely not automatically tracked.

I would track that as walking or low-impact aerobics.

What would you manually track Jessica Smith's 30 minute Latin Spice Walking Workout.as? Why are there workouts on challenges that are not able to be tracked?

It depends. If it's a SparkPeople video, you'll see a blue button next to it to track it. If it's a workout that comes from another source, you'll have to manually track.

Could there be a Modifications forum? I've started reading comments before trying a video in this challenge or other Spark workouts, to prepare myself or skip one that's likely to be completely inappropriate. I sometimes mention specific modifications in comments, but there often aren't enough characters available to describe what I did differently that might help another member.

Some leaders recognize the need to modify for knees or back issues, or low impact, but Coach Nicole is the only one I've heard to offer tips for neck strain and wrist issues. I agreed with another member who commented " Modifying is my friend." I've learned to skip whole videos that are too inappropriate for me, and substitute another workout completely, but would love to hear what others are doing to make a particular exercise work for them.
