I'm with you, Hairdresser! As long as I recognize the low end is my goal I' m OK.
Since March I allowed myself to waffle a bit on my commitment, but, my new affirmation is, " I am committed, not just interested." One day at a time I am going to maintain my commitment to making my lifestyle healthier.

Since joining in March I realize that I have to stay closer to the lower end of my calorie count allotment. When I eat my calorie limit I stay the same. Even when I go a little over I gain a pound or two or three. It seems like it takes a week to lose 1 lb, but only a day to gain 3.
But I'm not giving up. This journey is a learning process for me. I am eating healthier for that I feel better.

I have been yo-yoing my way thru the last three decades. For me the most positive change is that I am losing weight my way and because I want ( more than need) to lose. In my 30's I lost 65, in my 40's I lost 75, in my 50's I lost 115 pounds. Now, my goal is to get rid of 110 pounds permanently.
