I HATE triceps dips! Yeah, I know they are good for me and easy to do anywhere. I can't do more than 1 or 2 of the T-Stands, so I did the alternate windmills yesterday. I remember those being so easy as a kid. They really kicked my butt yesterday (literally!), but I did get the challenge done! OK, did the first set of dips.

Sit on a chair or step; take Your QuickFire OutDoors and use a bench, tree stump or improvise! Grasp the front edge of seat near thighs. Walk feet forward until hips are slightly bent, legs straight, arms extended (don't lock elbows). Keep feet hip-width apart.
