there will be those times my friend i had plenty of them in my five years of losing some things to think about...
drink more water..no matter how much you are drinking drink some more
quit the scale for two weeks permantly if you can and go to checking out how the clothes fit

i spent 9 months on one of mine yes nine months and 40 pounds out from goal it was hard because everyone was so enthusiatic aboout the amount already gone and raved at how wonderful i looked and even the doc said you can stop.. that was the hardest thing i encountered ever
are you doing fast food??? i got one of those it's easy buttons from staples..it's in my car and everytime i past fast food up and miss the drive through i still hit it it is my reward for not doing that plan your time out and fix your lunches or dinners at home
watch the salt
i have maintained for five years now barely noticing that my eatings habits remain unchanged in a world surely out to get us changing out diets constantly..you get used to it and find you no longer desire all that 'stuff'
HOWEVER should you have the opportunity to do something splendid remember this one meal does not make all those pounds come back not even some of them and i adore wedding cake (the frosted part and i want the roses too two bites for me and the rest is trashed because that is my celebration of self) i love ice cream..so when i get it it is the scoop of the very best without all the preservative hoohah that goes with it yes you can
i am diabetic (insulin) and in kidney failure i manage on a very restricted diet for sure i am proff it can be done my friend
so here i am for you and will be sure to answer those questions you have..spark people was recommended by my diabetic physician and he is well pleased as they all are
