I finally made it to 200lbs. Now my next goal is 190. I just started to walk and the weight loss has helped motivate me.

The problem is I got down to 202. I wanted so much to break the 200. I started getting on the scales 4 or 5 times a day. I was obsessed with it. No more scale in sight. I have lost 3 of my very old friends in the past 7 months. For some reason I just fall off. I am going to try again to stick to the proper eating at the proper time. Doris QC.
