I went to the Y yesterday and participated in the Silver Sneakers aerobics class, which was chair exercises this time, and therefore almost entirely upper body with some weights (mine were 3#) and some stretch band exercises. I got there late, but still did about 1/2 hr of continuous rhythmic movements, and worked up a good sweat.

My question is: I don't see how to enter it on my exercise log. Any suggestions? The only classes I found were Zumba and another dance one.

I've been walking In the morning and using the 3 lb weights in the evening. So far don't see any changes in my body but my husband and son are very encouraging and tell me to stick to it and eventually I'll see some results. emoticon

I've been lifting a pair of 2# weights every evening, don't know how long, but I figured it's a beginning. Does that count?

Yes, I do at least 30 minutes of sweat producing and heart raising exercisng everyday of the week.
